Opinion Atelier retains the right to reject or delete any submitted material that in our judgment violates these terms of use or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights of any person or entity, or harm or threaten the safety of any person or entity. 

By visiting this website, you agree to the Conditions & Terms of Use. These terms may be changed or updated without notice, and we do not guarantee that information on our website is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability of products. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information at any time without prior notice. 

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

We do ship Internationally. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All packages are sent by Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated by them, depending on size and weight, and added to your order at the checkout.  All domestic orders come with a tracking number, that will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed and sent out. In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a Delivery Signature Confirmation upon delivery for all orders over $800.

We ship our luxury goods worldwide! Please note that all items entering countries outside the US may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred.* Note that our Estimated Transit Times do not include potential delays in clearing customs of the destination country.

PAYMENT BY GIFT CARD

Simply go to "shopping cart" and enter your Gift Card code/promotion code in the designated field. If the order amount exceeds the balance on your Gift Card or the amount from the promotion, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount. If the balance on your Gift Card or the amount from the promotion exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The amount remaining will be available until your credit balance has been used up completely. Opinion Atelier reserves the right to block the Gift Card if misused. 

AFTERPAY PAYMENT

All the payments made via Afterpay are subject to the rules of Afterpay.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order and please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify love@opinionatelier.com. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside Canada. Opinion Atelier is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured, however, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The right of return or exchange does not apply to the Vintage boutique and On-Set shop pre-loved orders. Products from Photoshoots, Fashion shows and Movie sets are NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS. All these high-quality timeless unique pieces are curated, photographed, and displayed exclusively by Opinion Atelier to determine the final condition.  

If you return a Made-to-measure item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received. Not washed, worn, and altered in any way. If the above conditions are met, you can return Made-to-measure merchandise within 8 business days from the date of delivery completion. Refunds will be issued and items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. All charges incurred as the result of return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

CLIENT PRIVACY POLICY 

Under no circumstances will Opinion Atelier sell or disclose any of your personal information to third parties. All information provided by you is to ensure your experience with Opinion Atelier is as best as possible and that information will only be used internally. Opinion Atelier’s MEMBERS CLUB collects customer information to fulfill orders, as well as improve our customer's shopping experience and communicate with our customers about our products, services, and promotions.

The services are not intended for persons under the age of the majority of the individual’s relevant country.
